By creating an account on LLM Non Censure (llmnoncensure.com) or using the API, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a hosted language model. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it is leaked.

Acceptable use

You must be of legal age. You may not use the API for illegal purposes in your country, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in this way.

Billing

Usage is billed per token from prepaid credit at the prices listed on the pricing page. The free trial credit expires 7 days after sign in. Paid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid balance to use the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and not returned.

Credit never expires, so nothing you pay for is lost. Paid credit stays on your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or in a year.

The exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use, in the same stablecoin used for payment, to a wallet address you provide in writing.

Mistakes are always fixed. If you paid and the credit did not appear, or if a top up was charged twice, write to us via the Support with transaction details and we will fix the issue. This is not a refund request and there is no time limit for it.

The free trial credit is free and intended to try the API. It cannot be refunded or exchanged, and it expires 7 days after sign in.

If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

LLM Non Censure is an independent service. Other companies' and products' names appear on this site only to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update the prices and these conditions; the current version is always on this page.
